On the heels of the potential TXU deal, Halliburton announced today that its CEO is moving to Dubai. Will others follow as the race to tie up oil contracts in the mid-east and Africa heats up?

I would be remiss to even speculate but can point to an interesting Wall Street Journal reported last week that examines how newly-opened Libya is becoming a sought-after destination for the likes of Marathon, Hess and Exxon Mobil, whose CEO recently paid a visit to our old friend Gaddafi recently.
