Somewhat Hilarious Commercial Slogans

Back-to-back during the Democratic debate on MSNBC were two very funny commercials from a cable company and a local Presbyterian church... Since we were on MSNBC (and it came before the church commercial), the cable comes first:

• An ad for Bresnan's on-demand movie service said "don't just do something, sit there!" Yes, sir, I thought.

• Then the Presby's got going. As a man in a red shirt got scolded by his wife, a very un-God-like voice came over the ad and said "Tired of nagging? At First Presbyterian Church we don't tell you what to do, we leave that to God."

Ha, ha, ha.

Off to the Wyoming Press Association conference in Casper later this month — in the meantime, watching and waiting to see what Wyoming's winter weather will do. It's currently snowing with wind whipping the white stuff up into a tizzy.
